Keto Coffee Breakfast Shake

Want to give your morning cup of coffee an energy boost? Then this keto-friendly coffee breakfast shake is for you. It’s simple to make, tastes great, and will give you a much-needed boost of energy in the morning to ensure you make it through to lunchtime.

Keto Coffee Breakfast Shake Second

The protein sources of this shake come from high-quality pea protein and MCT oil, which are both shown to provide keto dieters with a great source of carb light energy.

High-quality pea protein in particular has been shown to improve muscle growth and heart health and contains lots of iron. When mixed with the coffee, almond milk, and cream, it takes a rich and smooth drink that goes down great for breakfast.

Making this shake simply involves blitzing all of the ingredients in a food processor and then serving in a glass. It’s that simple. Just because it’s got breakfast in the recipe name doesn’t mean you can’t make this shake for a snack during the day—it works perfectly as a post-workout drink or to boost your energy to get you through to your next meal.

If you’re looking for a protein-rich coffee shake to start your day, give this recipe a try today (or tomorrow morning!).
